We’re talking the full package here: picky eaters, conflicting orders, wildly inconsistent drink requests, he took it all in stride, never once losing his cool or cracking a fake smile. Just genuine, thoughtful service the whole way through, all while simultaneously managing a busy dinner time rush.
The food was solid, the vibe was spot on, but Valentin’s calm competence genuinely carried the evening. If you’re going to Fábrica, hope he’s working. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like even your most chaotic relatives are welcome. 😂- Comida

The fries could use a little more salt and the jalapeno poppers could be more spicy but overall one of the best burgers I've had in a while.
The atmosphere is nice with outdoor seating available. It's classic lounge style with respective music and the service was quick and efficient. Beers include Heineken and Guiness and a wide selection of cocktails and snacks.
We were quite happy with our experience and hope to have it become our go to burger joint in Leiria. Don't skip this one.- Serviço

I'm from India, so I only vegetarian food. this is by far the best vegetarian burger I have ever tried, you can taste that made with fresh ingredients and the bread is so delicious! thank you for the experience!

Cozy small lounge bar with great finger food & burgers. We had some excellent sangria as well! It’s a real gem, I’d recommend anyone who loves burgers!
